Billing Policy
How trials, recurring billing, cancellations, refunds, and seat-based charges are handled in Site Guard One.
Trials
Trial accounts may receive limited access for evaluation. During the trial, some capabilities such as exports, downloads, custom saves, or advanced workspace features may be restricted until billing is activated.
Recurring billing
Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle shown in your Stripe billing portal unless canceled before renewal. Subscription pricing, seat-based fees, and any plan changes are shown in your billing settings.
Seats and add-ons
Base plans may include a limited number of seats. Additional seats may be billed as add-ons. Workspace seat selections inside the app may show an estimated cost, but billing changes are not final until confirmed through the Stripe billing portal.
Cancellations
Unless stated otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features typically remains available through the end of that paid term and then changes according to account status.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, the account may move into a past-due state. You may be asked to update payment details before full access is restored. Continued non-payment may result in restricted access or suspension.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when we approve an exception in writing. Any approved exception is handled case by case through support or billing.
