Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company details, billing details handled through Stripe, support messages, and content you save in templates, drafts, team settings, and workspace tools.
How we use information
We use account and workspace information to deliver the service, manage subscriptions, process recurring billing, provide support, improve product performance, prevent abuse, and send transactional messages related to your account, billing, and service status.
Billing and payment data
Payment information is processed by Stripe. Site Guard One does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. We may retain limited billing metadata such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice status, cancellation status, renewal timing, seat counts, and account status to keep billing and access in sync.
Workspace content
Templates, drafts, company standards, saved blocks, notes, exported content, and support submissions may be stored so the product can provide saved workspaces, audit history, support handling, and recovery options. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you place in the platform.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the product, such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email tools, or support tools, but only as needed to run the service.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records.
Your choices
You may update account details, billing details, saved content, and support information through the product where available. If you cancel your subscription, paid access typically remains available until the end of the current paid term and then changes according to account status and plan rules.
