LEGAL
Terms of Service
Terms for using Site Guard One and its contractor continuity tools.
Use of the service
Site Guard One provides software tools, template workflows, exports, workspace features, and related support for business continuity and disruption response use. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and the accuracy of company, billing, and team information you provide.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Trial access, paid access, seat limits, add-on seats, and certain export or save capabilities may vary by plan or account status. Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle shown in your billing settings unless canceled before renewal.
Customer content
You retain responsibility for the content you enter, save, export, or share through the product. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate law, contract, or the rights of others.
Availability and changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Unless stated otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features typically remains available through the end of that paid term. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when we approve an exception in writing. Additional seat charges or plan changes are not final until confirmed through the Stripe billing portal.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Templates and workflows are operational tools, not legal, regulatory, accounting, or safety advice. You should review exported content and business decisions with the appropriate internal or professional stakeholders.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Site Guard One will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may cancel according to your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten platform security, abuse the service, or remain unpaid beyond a reasonable cure period.
